The Move-to-Earn space was full of hype and empty promises. Defit had solid tokenomics but needed a product that felt like a game you want to play not a crypto app with a step counter. The design had to make physical activity addictive through gamification, without losing credibility.

We designed the entire experience around reward loops challenges, streaks, leaderboards, badge collections, and a token system that makes every workout feel like a level up. Custom digital assets, animated watch faces, and Babyfit a playful mode that turns movement into a character-driven experience. Every interaction designed to trigger one more rep, one more walk, one more day.
